HELLNEWS is an Acoustic Rock Duo from Southern Finland. It was formed by two long time musicians and friends, Nico Hellstone and Hank Newman at the year 2009. HELLNEWS performs acoustic high woltage duo gigs, where they play rock covers from 70's to 90's, and their own songs. Gigs are made with "rock style", so don't let the word acoustic fool you (you're not gonna fall into a sleep.) Shows are filled with energy and good music. So whether it's a small private party on your living room or a large club gig, HELLNEWS gives you the rock show that you'll remember (except if you drink so much that you don't even remember your own name.)

Nico Hellstone Nico is the lead singer of Hellnews. Nico has long career as singer and songwriter. Nico has a unique voice which makes him perfect man for the band. Nico also plays harmonica, and writes all the lyrics for the band. Nico can also play guitar (but we don't usually let him.) Nico is a half-indian, half-cowboy.

Hank Newman Hank is the guitarist (and the brains) of Hellnews. Hank is multi-talented musician and has long career from several bands and projects. Hank also sings background vocals, and write songs for the band with Nico. Hank can also play keyboards. Hank is a true redneck.
